Ella has been studying the Diamond Cutter principles since 2015, applied this ancient wisdom in business and daily life and experienced wonderful changes. She graduated from the Cass Business School, University of London, with the degree of MSc in Risk Management. Ella had been working in management positions of the Fortune 500 Companies in financial industry for more than 10 years. She is also a qualified psychological consultant and is the co-founder of Sanyan Co. Ltd. She has applied the ancient wisdom into modern consultancy and has helped lots of people. She has successfully passed the whole set of SCIM Teacher Training courses Level 1-12, and has been an Assistant Professor of SCIM.
